Sebastian Aleksandrowicz
Sebastian Aleksandrowicz was born 1976 in Bytom. He graduated fromWarsaw Academy of Music – oboe class Prof. Stanisław Malikowski and Tytus Wojnowicz. He took part in many mastercourses both in Poland and abroad and studied with such oboists like Hans Jörg Schellenberger. Liviu Varcol.Joseph Sanders. In 1996 he became a soloist of the National Opera Theater in Warsaw. Between 2001-2003 he was principal oboist of the Polish Radio Orchestra. From 2002 also principal oboist of the Sinfonietta Cracovia. He frequently performs with such orchestras like National Philharmonic Orchestra, Sinfonia Varsovia, The “Leopoldinum” Orchestra, Warsaw Baroque Soloists “ Concerto Avenna”. As a soloist performed during many music festivals – Warsaw Musical Meetings, Warsaw Autumn, Zamość Musical Days etc.
In 2003 collaborated with Arvo Paart and The Hilliard Ensemble.
